Clevergirl has been floating around the SF music scene since the early days of 2002. Clawing and pawing their way into the ears of any that would listen, Clevergirl set out to de-mystify the monotone thud, the melodic crunch, the gender of notes and measures, and the pointless youth vs. style debate. Their sound is a collected vision of a focused future, where pop sounds can be made and heard completely twisted, intelligently mocked and beautifully sang.
